Health & safety consultancy · Lincolnshire

Clarity over compliance.

Health & safety consultancy for leisure and hospitality operators. Built by someone who's worked the floor — not just read the regulations.

Most operators aren't careless. They're just stretched.

The paperwork exists. It just doesn't reflect reality.

Risk assessments written for a different venue, signed off years ago by someone who's since left.

You know there are gaps. You just don't know which ones matter.

Without someone who knows what inspectors actually look for, you're guessing which risks are serious.

Your team does their best. But they're not H&S specialists.

Hospitality and leisure managers wear too many hats. H&S compliance gets squeezed.

How it works

01

We talk

A 15-minute call to understand your venue, your current position, and what you actually need. No sales pitch.

02

We assess

Site visit, documentation review, or both — depending on the engagement. Everything gets an inspector's eye, not a tickbox view.

03

You get clarity

Plain English report. Prioritised actions. No ambiguity about what needs doing, when, or why.

About Joel

Straight talk from someone who's been in your venue.

I started Clark's Clarity because I was tired of H&S consultancy that produced reports nobody could act on. Heavy documents written for lawyers, not operators.

I've worked in and around leisure, hospitality, and holiday parks for over a decade. I know how these venues actually operate — the shortcuts that get taken when you're short-staffed, the paperwork that gets written once and never looked at again, and the inspections that catch people off guard.

My job is to make your H&S position clear, defensible, and practical — without making it your full-time job.

What operators say

“Joel cut through six months of uncertainty in a single day. The report was actionable, plain English, and the first time I actually felt on top of our H&S position.”

Operations ManagerHoliday park, Lincolnshire

“We'd had three different consultants before Clark's Clarity. The difference is Joel actually knows how a leisure centre runs. He spots the things that matter.”

General ManagerLeisure centre, East Midlands

“The Reset package transformed our documentation. What was a liability is now something I'm genuinely confident showing to an inspector.”
