Five ways to work together
From a single document to a retained operator partnership. Pick the engagement that matches where you are — not the package a consultant tries to sell you.
How we work
Three ways in. We assess. You get clarity.
Most work starts as one of three things. Tell us which one sounds like you and we'll scope it properly.
Review
Already have documentation? We review it, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

Need a new risk assessment, SSOW, SOP, or other document built around your actual operation?

Tier 1
The Standalone
One job, done properly.
Best for: Smaller operators, or a specific one-off need — when you already know what you need.
Timeline
Most documents delivered within 10 working days of scope confirmation.
Investment
On consultation.
Tier 2
The Clarity Snapshot
See where you actually stand.
Best for: Venues that haven't had an independent assessment recently, or operators taking on a new site.
Timeline
2–3 weeks from booking. Report delivered within 5 working days of the visit.
Investment
On consultation.
Tier 3
The On-Call
Joel on the end of the phone. Light-touch retainer.
Best for: Smaller operators (1–15 staff) who want an expert in their corner without a full retainer commitment.
Tier 4
The Compliance Reset
Sort the paperwork. Fix the gaps.
Best for: Operators with outdated, inherited, or template-based documentation. New managers inheriting a mess. Venues that have received enforcement notices.
Tier 5
The Operator Partnership
An ongoing H&S function without the overhead.
Best for: Larger operators — multi-site groups, venues without an internal H&S resource, or operators who've had enforcement action and need ongoing assurance.
Individual services
Need just one thing?
Discrete pieces of work you can book on their own — no tier, no retainer, no commitment.
Multi-site operator?
